Hire Up is working with a large scale commercial construction company who is seeking a Construction Engineer, a Project Engineer and a Project Manager for their growing Southern California region. Projects are currently underway in Los Angeles and San Diego counties. An ideal candidate for Construction Engineer would have 2 or more years experience as a Construction Engineer from a general contractor or may consider someone who has worked for a sub-contractor such as an framing company, civil engineering or HVAC/sheet metal as an example, as long as the candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a construction field (Bachelors in Engineering or Construction). A Project Engineer would have 5 years experience in the construction field and a Project Manager would have 5 years experience but also 2 years recent experience in management.
Pay scale is as follows: Construction Engineer $45k-$70k Project Engineer $65k-$85k Project Manager $80k-$110k Pay is depending on salary history. They are open to considering someone who would be somewhat entry level with light experience and a degree for the Construction Engineer level. They will consider relocation assistance as well. They offer an excellent salary structure, medical, 401k and bonuses as well.
