Expanding food manufacturer in Fresno has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant with food manufacturing experience.
Essential duties are as follows:
• Oversight of receivable and payable
• Assist with financial statement preparation
• Assist with product costing and manufacturing variance analysis
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing process
• Maintain general ledger, review journal entries
• Research and correct account discrepancies
• Perform a variety of account analyses
• ERP implementation
• Develop and implement systems, processes, and reports that enhance the quality and availability of financial information and operational metrics to aid in management and control of the business
• Ad hoc requests
• Internal and external audit activities
To be considered for this position a four-year degree, manufacturing or food processing experience, 3+ years of accounting-related experience, excellent communication skills, and system’s savvy are required.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity and the salary range is $50-60K depending on
experience.
