Temp Marketing Coordinator needed for a leading engineering group in the Fresno area. There are two main facets of this position, contract coordination and inside sales.
Contract Coordination – ensures projects are setup with all necessary documents fully executed, verifies execution of contracts and change orders, obtains certificates of insurance, enters into projects into the accounting and project management software and writes project descriptions.
Inside Sales – coordinates the creation and submission of bids, proposals, statements of qualifications, and tracks all documents from the lead stage to win/loss; responds to RFP’s and statements of qualifications by drafting required documents; updates staff resumes with current project information; tracks the stages of each proposal and reports weekly to management; attends weekly marketing meetings to discuss proposal tracking reports; and identifies potential lead sources and communicates potential projects to the proper manager to determine project viability.
This position is statused as temporary through August. Competitive salary offered depending upon experience.
