Statewide business group with operations in the Central Valley area has a direct hire opportunity for a Safety Manager to join their growing organization. Candidates for this position must be experienced with 5 plus years in fleet safety, accident/injury prevention programs, DOT regulations, Hazardous Material regulations, and OSHA regulations. Additional duties will require the Safety Manager to facilitate training with applicable company personnel, effectively communicate and implement safety initiatives, administer Human Resource generalist duties, investigate safety loss-events and coach individuals in prevention, as well as communicate and reinforce the company vision, values and goals. Compensation range will from $55K to $65K, based on experience. Excellent pay and benefits program available. Company car with all expenses paid is included as well.
