Maintenance Supervisor needed for a large food processing group in the Fresno area. This key individual supervises leads and mechanics in their daily activities, and ensures GMP’s, safety, food safety, operational and company guidelines are followed. Ensures all maintenance employees are productive, completing assignments and adhering to procedures. Maintains daily checks and effective communication among shifts.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience in a maintenance supervisory role. 2 years experience in food operations is preferred. Must have the ability to read electrical diagrams, be proficient with electrical & PLCs, have strong mechanical & troubleshooting skills and be familiar with OSHA regulations, AIB standards. High School Diploma or equivalent is also required, some college preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a leadership role. Salary range is $50-65k, depending upon experience.
