Did you know that Hire Up Staffing Services offers its employees a completely paperless payroll process? Each week, our employees submit their timecards online through our WebCenter for their supervisors to approve. There is no hassle of bringing in or faxing paper timecards. This seamless timekeeping system can be accessed from anywhere via our website, hireupss.com. Just scroll over the “Employees” tab and click “On-Line Timecard”.
Hire Up also offers two options for electronic delivery of your weekly payroll; direct deposit and now offering – pay cards! For direct deposit, employees can have their payroll automatically deposited into their bank account each pay day.
The new option we are now offering is payroll pay cards. Employees complete a form and are given a unique pay card. Each payday, the employee’s check is transmitted onto the pay card for immediate access. There is no 2-3 week wait time as you have with direct deposit. Pay cards are immediate and the funds are available to you each payday. These cards can be utilized at any POS, just like a debit or credit card.
