Meet Emily McCormick, Recruiter for the Fort Worth office of Hire Up staffing Services. She studied Communication Studies and Marketing at the University of North Texas before going on to internal recruiting and fundraising for a local nonprofit. Having worked 3 years in internal recruitment, Emily understands the strenuous process hiring managers go through to find that right culture fit. She loves carrying the load of finding that missing puzzle piece for her clients!
Emily’s quite passionate about storytelling and writing because she feels it connects people (hence why she loves her job)! When she is not writing she enjoys binge watching bad reality television and reading good books on her front porch. She tries to travel as often as she can but if she is home you may also find her cooking or outdoors hiking.
It is important to Emily that her Clients are confident in their next hire and her candidates are excited about their Career path. Needless to say, we are excited to watch Emily take over the Fort Worth job market with her passion for staffing!
