Contracts Administrator needed for a large construction company in the Fresno area. This key position will be responsible for supporting the project engineer and superintendent. This company mainly does large public works projects with multiple subs, and this individual will assist in organizing all the subs, licenses, insurances and project progress for each job under the direction of the superintendent.
2+ years of previous administrative experience is required along with strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of MS Project is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required as this position corresponds with the project architect, subcontractors and other staff members.
