Meet Daiziree Garcia, Recruiting Coordinator for the Visalia branch of Hire Up Staffing Services. Her top priority is to ensure each candidate feels welcomed and confident when entering the office. She acts as recruiting support and is the true heartbeat of the office. Prior to joining Hire Up Staffing Services in February of 2020, Daiziree worked in Property Management as a lease renewal director where she helped build a new program to increase business profitability. Here at Hire Up, Daiziree is constantly working with candidates to ensure they have everything they need for potential job opportunities.
Outside of work she enjoys stepping out into nature, gym sessions and traveling as much as she can (anywhere tropical). You will more than likely find Daiziree hanging-out outside. She enjoys visiting local lakes and beaches as often as she can. She considers herself to be the definition of a “foodie” and often helps her parents prepare dinner.
Daiziree’s main goal in the staffing world is to make a difference in each person’s life that she meets. Whether that is helping them find their career of their dreams or just simply giving them words of encouragement. Being a positive light is one of many traits she always strives to be! She feels that having a positive outlook on life is the way to live.
