Meet Mandy Smith, Recruiter for the Houston Office of Hire Up Staffing Services. She is a strong Recruiter with several years of experience in the staffing industry. She was in retail and sales for many years, and also started up her own business in 2014 with hand painting glassware. She decided to switch things up and became a recruiter in 2018. Mandy is passionate about helping customers find amazing candidates and helping find great jobs for qualified candidates. She has spent countless hours training and learning the best techniques for matching customers and candidates and current human resource regulations.
Mandy has two sons (Austin and Hunter) and daughter (Maia), whom she spends the most time with, mostly playing any Mario Bros game. On her down time you will find Mandy painting or shopping. Lately she has been quite obsessed with her recent binge watch, Supernatural (and Jensen Ackles). Mandy is a huge Disney fan. Her bedroom is decorated with Alice in Wonderland decor, she even has the small door!
