Senior Accountant needed for a prominent Fresno area CPA firm. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your accounting career and join an organization looking to grow their employee and client base.
Responsibilities
· Assign, supervise and review financial statements as well as work papers and tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership and estate).
· Monitor engagement status and provide status updates to managers and partners, and assist on high-level consulting projects.
· Delegate tasks and provide guidance to staff through training, performance feedback and reviews.
· Develop and maintain working relationships with client personnel.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited 4-year university.
· 2-3 years of previous CPA firm experience.
· Licensed CPA or CPA candidate.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be a self-starter.
· Good communication and computer skills.
· Working knowledge of the following programs: Excel, Word, Ultra Tax, and Thomson Creative Solutions Suite.
