Did you hear the wonderful news? Hire Up Staffing is rapidly expanding across California. Our most recent location in Modesto has officially opened and is already serving the area! We wanted to highlight our all-star team at this location with an introduction to each team member and talk a little about our branch.
The Hire Up Modesto branch is located below the Double Tree Hotel at 1150 9th Street, Suite C, Modesto, Ca. 95354. We moved in and remodeled a in June and are excited to be part of the community. Our goal in moving to Modesto is to help as many skilled candidates find amazing jobs and rewarding careers as possible. Equally, we strive to build strong teams for business and managers alike. We want to make the entire hiring process seamless for all parties involved and love that we are able to make what is otherwise considered a time consuming and difficult task, easy!
Now just because we are new to town, that doesn’t mean we’re new to staffing! We’ve have an abundance of experience in the industry and Hire Up has been a well-known brand nearly a decade! Stephanie Randolph joined the Hire Up team with over 20 years of work experience in the Central Valley. With a background in sales
and administration, she is prepared for the fast-paced, ever changing needs of employees and employers in our community. She came to Hire Up with a strong desire to share her experience with businesses in the community.
Stephanie’s dedication and strong work ethicensures clients receive the individual attention needed to be successful. With a contagious, positive attitude, Stephanie views each challenge as an opportunity for growth and
accomplishment. Our community is growing rapidly, and Stephanie believes that a thirst for knowledge and learning is essential to forward progress in the business world. A willingness to listen and commitment to action enables her to provide the absolute best service she can for our clients.
With the support of the Hire Up team,Stephanie has been very successful in her five years at Hire Up Staffing, first starting outas a Recruiter, advancing to Assistant Branch Manager then Branch Manager!
Originally from the Bay Area, Crystal is excited to join a team of professional recruiters in the Central Valley, with the goal of broadening their reach in the California market by expanding into the Modesto area. Prior to becoming a Recruiting Manager at Hire Up Staffing Services, Crystal was an in-house recruiter for a privately-owned staffing agency in the Bay Area. She acted as their primary staffing consultant providing comprehensive talent acquisition solutions to their wide professional customer base.
Crystal found a passion for recruiting and career coaching since starting in the staffing industry. Crystal thrives on finding specific talent for a wide variety of industries and functions. Since Hire Up specializes in hard-to-fill positions, Crystal plans to utilize her diverse knowledge and continue to perfect her recruiting skills. As the primary Recruiting Manager for the Hire Up Modesto Branch, she is excited to develop new partnerships in Stanislaus and Merced County as well as attract and retain the best talent on the market to make those companies the most successful.
Sonya joins the Hire Up team with a strong customer service and sales background. Her desire to help clients and team members supports our overall company goals and creates a great foundation for our Modesto branch.
Prior to accepting the Office Coordinator position with Hire Up Staffing Services, Sonya worked for Harley Davidson as a Motorclothes Associate. She created a shopping experience that utilized both her customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Her focus was to fit riders with riding gear, but more so to build long lasting relationships with clients. She helped a reputable brand build a solid repeat client base from the ground up.
Since joining the Hire Up up team, Sonya has excelled in the staffing industry. She enjoys problem solving and assisting her co-workers wherever and whenever she is needed. She continues to advance in her position by learning all that she can from her colleagues and superiors. She values being part of such a strong organization and a key player in Hire Up Staffing’s overall success.

Originally from San Jose, CA, Adelina now resides in Central Valley, Modesto area. She has been dedicated to her work and always excels in everything she does. Currently employed at Hire Up Staffing Services, Adelina continues to strive for greatness and achieve all goals she sets for herself daily and long term. Adelina joined a team of professional recruiters with the goal of broadening their reach in the California market by expanding into the Modesto area.
Adelina looks forward to continuing her growth with HireUp and assisting the company expand all over California. Prior to working at HireUp she was an Office Coordinator for a workman’s comp company, she has excellent customer service as she was also a retail supervisor for many years and finds joy in helping the people she meets in her daily life, With a positive attitude and determination Adelina looks forward to her future and everything that life has to offer.
Based out of the Modesto Area, Alex is excited to join a team of professional recruiters in the Central Valley. Prior to becoming a Recruiting Manager at Hire Up Staffing Services, Alex worked in the Automotive Industry. She worked closely with aftermarket manufacturers and Motorsports teams in a variety of racing outfits. She worked closely with several large automotive manufacturers to develop strategies to meet the specific needs of their Motorsports clients. Alex also served as the on screen talent for instructional training videos, technical concept training as well as new product announcements for a various marketing and social media projects.
Alex deeply enjoys using her interpersonal and social awareness skills to successfully meet the needs of a variety of industries and in the staffing industry in the Central Valley. Alex is excited to use her experience and background to establish connections in the Modesto, Stanislaus and Merced areas, and continue to advance her recruiting and skills to draw talented individuals to companies in need.
