Marketing Assistant needed for a financial services company in Bakersfield . Responsibilities of the position include maintaining/updating spreadsheets, data entry and overseeing mass mailings several times per month as well as coordinating workshops for prospective clients. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with the printing process, mass mailings and managing mailing lists. Must have excellent MS Office skills particularly MS Excel, and be able to work on multiple spreadsheets simultaneously. Candidate must be able to travel to Visalia and Tulare, and train in Fresno for one week at beginning of assignment. Looking for an individual who is detail oriented, well organized, personable and able to meet prescribed deadlines working in a collaborative team environment.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position, and the pay rate is $12 per hour to start. Must be willing to work occasional evenings and Saturdays. Upon becoming a permanent employee, company paid health benefits and bonus incentives are available.
