Hire Up Staffing Services is looking to fill an opening for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist for a large manufacturer in the Fresno area. Duties include reviewing and matching all invoices and purchase orders for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. High Volume data entry. Process check requests and respond to all vendor requests. Assist in month end closing requirements.
* High School Diploma
* Minimum of five years in Accounts Payable / Receivable.
* Detail oriented, organized, professional and reliable.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
* Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong skills in 10-key by touch, ability to type 40-50 wpm.
* Strong problem solving skills, knowledge in basic accounting principles, research and resolution skills and able to multi task.
