Hire Up Staffing Services is working with a premiere full-service laboratory with a 30-year foundation in the Women’s Health market along with sub-specialties in anatomic, molecular, and digital pathology services. This facility has diagnostic services that help office based physicians, surgery centers, endoscopy centers, hospitals, and independent laboratories personalize patient care to optimally treat disease and maintain health and wellness.
Currently we are seeking a full-time experienced phlebotomist to work on a temporary basis. The phlebotomist is required to draw blood from patients of all ages, verify records, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis. The phlebotomist position is also required to maintain a clean and neat work area, record and forward billing information regarding lab tests, and maintain accurate files of lab reports, records, and logs
Requirements:
• California Phlebotomy License (CPT-1)
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• MINIMUM 2 years’ experience (Only experienced will be considered)
• Must be able to draw pediatrics
• Professional oral communication skills and presentation
