Aileen enjoys getting to know her clients meaningful and laughter filled conversations. She works to understand her Clients ideal candidate, so she can make the perfect placement. It is also important to her to hear the candidates needs, so that she can ensure she is making a healthy placement for both parties.
When Aileen is not at work you can often find her studying as she is currently working to further her education. She enjoys cooking and baking with her family to unwind. Aileen loves spending her free time traveling with her family. They are determined to visit all 50 states here in the U.S.A, and they only have 11 to go! Their favorite cities yet have been Nashville, Boston and Chicago. Aileen also enjoys cooking and baking to unwind.
